Booking an Online Party

We have now streamlined the process for consultants to not only book their online party instantly, but to also submit detailed information & *images* for their party invitation! Be sure you have all your specials and promotions ready to be entered into the field when you book your online party.

Each online party is given an individual party room that is just for your use only ~ no worries about overlapping with other parties. The room is yours 24/7 when you schedule an online party at MyMommyBiz each month. Feel free to set your schedule several months in advance. You are even welcome to use your online party room for sales meetings with your upline and downline, or for recruiting information sessions, and add them to the schedule. There is never a charge for holding an online party at MyMommyBiz!

Instructions:

Click here and login. (This will open in a new window)
Username: party
Password: party

This will bring up the calendar. Click Add Event from the left column. This will bring up the form to fill out to add your party to the schedule.

Title: This will be your short online party title, ie. Tupperware with Amanda Carter
Online Party Room URL: If you have already hosted a party at MyMommyBiz, you will have a private online party room already. Please enter this web address here, ie. http://www.MyMommyBiz.com/onlineparties/amandat.html
If you are new to hosting, please type "room request" so we know to create a room for you.
Description: This is where you can enter description, specials, webpage links, & images. Please remember, all content must be family friendly, or your event will not be approved. If you would like to add links and images here is how you do it: All the coding you need is shown in red. Remember to replace yourwebpage with your domain address. You can also create it in a program such as FrontPage, then cut and paste the body it your description field.

Once you have completed your description, please hit "Save"

On the next screen, choose your start time. Please remember all times are in the Pacific Time Zone. To get Eastern Time Zone, please add 3 hours. Select AM or PM. The end time does not need to be filled out.

Select your date. It must be entered in dd/mm/yyyy format.

Press Save! Your event will be approved shortly!
