You Need Will Preselect Probable Venture Capitalists
If you are looking for investment
from a venture capitalist, you should take into account the size of your
financial requirements. How much money do you think you can reasonably
expect to get from a venture capitalist, and how much do you think you
and your business need to make it a success?
Most venture capitalists invest
in the same general investment size, often with preset limits in place
that will not be crossed except in unusual circumstances. For instance
if you are looking for venture capital in the $600,000 range, you shouldn't
look at companies who are consistently investing money in the double digit
million dollar range.
The same also goes if you are
wanting an investment of $10 million or more, you wouldn't want to go
to a VC outfit that tends to invest with an upper limit of $500,000.
