Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years Customer Service/Care experience
Excellent Communication skills
Excellent English, both spoken & written
Accurate data reporting skills
Self-disciplined and highly motivated
Bondable & full security clearance
Good working knowledge of Excel,Word and Powerpoint
Ability to learn and work on a datadialer system
