Requirements: Ability to learn computer-based transcription system.
Appreciation of quality of transcribed reports to include medical accuracy, grammar, punctuation and format.
Ability to work independently as based on previous job experience and reference information.
Consistency and dependability with work schedule and production amounts.
Willingness to show flexibility with transcription coverage depending on changing dictation volumes.
Cooperative and positive attitude toward job performance and responsibilities.
Ability to separate home life / personal problems from work performance.
Professional presentation.
Acceptance of authority offered in a constructive fashion.
