Skills:Preparation of quarterly FAS 109 and FIN 48 computations/documentation
related to US international issues and foreign operations - Management
of intercompany transfer pricing issues (U.S. and foreign) - Preparation
and/or review of required transfer pricing documentation - Preparation
of intercompany agreements - Management of international issues for US
tax audits - Management of foreign income tax audits - Assistance with
set up of new foreign operations - Assistance with international tax issues
related to acquisitions - Preparation and/or review of US International
Tax Forms (5471, 1118, 5713, etc.) - Management/coordination of tax compliance
for foreign operations - Assistance with expatriate tax issues
