With all hosts, you should
have unlimited access to your site via FTP or FrontPage 24-hours a day,
7 days a week. You can edit, upload, and delete files on your web server
space as often as you want, whenever you want.
The only exception to this
is when your host happens to be doing maintenance on the server your site
is hosted on. Most hosts will send out a notice before any downtime.
