offer 99.9% uptime.
But what exactly is uptime?
It refers to the amount of time your site is online and accessible by
others on the internet during the month.
With a 99.9% uptime guarantee,
this would mean that they guarantee your site will be unaccessible for
43 minutes or less during the entire month. Many offer refunds if they
are unable to meet this requirement.
